Yes. Switch any time from the billing page. Monthly to yearly starts the new yearly cycle right away. Yearly to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.
Prices shown are net (without VAT). Local taxes — VAT, sales tax, GST — are added at checkout based on your country, as required by law. Paddle handles tax compliance for us.
